As well, Michelle has a strategic growth mindset towards customer relationships that delivers sustainable, efficient, high-value solutions.
In the logistics and fulfillment industry, change is constant and Michelle has an uncanny knack for managing change with ease and aplomb. Her clients, past and present, recognize her passion for excellence and for helping them meet, or even exceed, their business goals. She always leads by example – inspiring people to be more creative, rise to every occasion, and strive to reach their potential – and she’s never afraid to roll up her sleeves to help get the job done.
Prior to joining Diamond Fulfillment Solutions, she served as the Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President at CTL Global Solutions, where she oversaw the operations of more than 300 staff members and championed customer service to ensure flawless execution. During her more than two decade tenure, she gained a reputation for ceaseless innovation on behalf of her company and their clients. Among her accomplishments were: spearheading the logistics division’s sales, operations, technical, and fiscal management; opening of four semi-automated fulfillment centers totaling over 1M square feet, and dramatically exceeding operating income expectations.
