Diamond Fulfillment Solutions has invested in the knowledge and credentials necessary to serve our unique client base. We’ve been managing drug sample distribution for more than eight years from our 3,000 square foot secured sample storage area. We are also registered by the FDA as a Food Distributor.
As of Fall 2021, we became ISO9001:2015 Certified!
Diamond Fulfillment Solutions is proud to announce that we have been awarded ISO 9001 certification, an internationally recognized standard that ensures we meet the needs of our clients through an effective quality management system.
Throughout the accreditation process we have developed and implemented a robust quality management system which has enabled us to improve our overall performance and maintain a high level of quality in everything we do. In working towards gaining ISO 9001 accreditation, we have demonstrated our strong focus on providing our customers with the highest level of service possible.
Diamond Fulfillment Solutions’ ISO 9001:2015 certificate (#6434) was issued by Eagle Registrations, Inc., a world-class management systems certification body. To become ISO 9001 compliant, we underwent an evaluation process that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, a full assessment, and clearance of non-conformances.
The ISO 9001 certification clearly demonstrates that we have robust and defined procedures in place in all our business areas. We can proudly state that Diamond’s services are delivered with quality and transparency in mind.
