Jodi Cape is the Director of Sales & Marketing at Diamond Fulfillment, a leading ISO 9001-certified fulfillment company based in Chicago. Diamond Fulfillment specializes in providing customized fulfillment and print solutions for a diverse portfolio of high-profile brands across industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods (CPG), beauty, and cosmetics.
In her role, Jodi is responsible for shaping and executing Diamond’s go-to-market strategy, fostering strong customer relationships, and overseeing a comprehensive range of marketing initiatives. Her leadership extends to guiding the sales team, forging strategic partnerships, and serving as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and marketing partners. With a career built on a customer-first mindset and a passion for doing the right thing, Jodi is widely recognized for her ability to drive success in high-growth supply chain organizations. She excels at turning vision and strategy into revenue growth while expanding market share.
Jodi has been an active volunteer and Board member of the Transportation Sales & Marketing Association (TMSA) for nearly two decades. TMSA is the only association dedicated exclusively to advancing sales and marketing professionals in the transportation and logistics sector. She currently serves as Secretary on the Executive Officer Team, contributing her expertise to the association’s growth and strategic direction.
Prior to joining Diamond Fulfillment, Jodi served as the Director of Customer Development at HUB Group, where she played a pivotal role in navigating a major company merger and achieving over $5 billion in annual revenue. Before that, she was the Marketing Manager at TAGG Logistics, where she contributed to the company’s impressive growth from $70 million to $133 million in annual revenue before its acquisition by HUB Group.
Jodi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Loras College in Dubuque, IA, and is a certified Salesforce Administrator. She resides in the greater Chicago area, where she enjoys raising her two daughters alongside her loving husband, Ryan.
